There is nothing more magical than the perfect princess bedroom to make a little girl’s dreams come true! Although the familiar pink princess bedroom is a timeless classic that will never go out of style, a luxurious and whimsical room fit for a princess can come in many colors.

Disney has proven that a princess can be bold, brave and headstrong, as well as sweet, gentle and kind. Everyone has their own favorite Disney princess, one that speaks to them and makes them feel as if they too could be a princess.

To offer some inspiration for princesses' of every kind, here are some color palettes to serve as a starting point for decorating your very own Disney princess inspired bedroom.

Snow White

The original Disney princess, Snow White is known for being kind-hearted, thoughtful, innocent and cheerful. Although you probably think of her iconic red, blue and yellow dress when looking for inspiration for a Snow White bedroom, I suggest considering more of a woodland theme with rich green and neutrals as a design foundation. Then, you can accent the space with pops of red or blue to add interest and bring home that Snow White vibe.

Cinderella

Cinderella is such a fashion icon, between the beautiful blue dress and of course the glass slippers, she serves as the perfect inspiration for a lovely and serene princess themed bedroom. When designing a Cinderella themed bedroom, lean into her blue color palette and accent with muted pinks and mauves. Aurora

Blue or pink, which way should you go? Oh the decisions! For fans of Sleeping Beauty, a perfectly pink princess bedroom may just do the trick! To decorate an Aurora themed bedroom, vary the shades of pink from dark to light and make sure to add in white for balance and gold accents for a luxurious feel.

Jasmine

Jasmine is strong, independent, courageous and bold making her a favorite for many. A Jasmine themed bedroom can benefit from décor that is rich in texture and layered. Her iconic right turquoise color can be balanced by adding neutral black and tan, then accent the space with gold and lavender.
